Scope of these terms
These terms cover access to this website, its content and the inquiry process. “We”, “us” and “the operator” refer to the person or organisation responsible for the website.
The website introduces graphic design and branding services. It is not an online checkout, and browsing a service or submitting an inquiry does not create a design contract, reserve availability or place an order. An actual engagement requires a separately accepted written agreement.
Using the website
You may browse the website and share links for lawful personal or business purposes. Do not disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorised access, send malicious code, use an inquiry channel for spam or impersonate another person.
Do not harvest personal information, bypass access restrictions or use the website to infringe another person’s rights. If you submit an inquiry for an organisation, provide accurate information and make clear the capacity in which you are contacting the operator.
Inquiries and proposals
An initial brief helps assess the work required. Service descriptions, examples and discussions are general information until scope, availability and commercial terms are confirmed in writing. No fixed price, response time or completion date is guaranteed by the website.
A proposal may set out its own validity period and acceptance method. Sending an inquiry or requesting a quotation does not authorise a charge, and a project should not begin on assumptions about terms that have not been agreed.
The project agreement
Before paid work begins, the parties should record the terms relevant to the engagement, including:
- the deliverables, intended uses and any work outside scope;
- fees, currency, taxes, deposits and payment milestones;
- schedule, dependencies, feedback arrangements and approval responsibilities;
- revision rounds, change requests and any additional charges;
- rights, licences, editable or source files and handover conditions;
- confidentiality, publication permission, suspension, cancellation and refunds.
The accepted project agreement governs those project-specific matters. These website terms do not add an unstated payment, revision limit or cancellation penalty.
Materials and approvals
A client is responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for supplied names, copy, photographs, logos, personal information and other materials. Relevant specifications, mandatory statements and intended uses should be supplied before the related work is prepared.
Proofs and final files need careful review before approval, publication or production. Responsibility for checking copy, claims, dimensions, print specifications and legal requirements should be addressed in the project agreement. A design service does not by itself include legal advice, trademark clearance or certification of packaging claims.
Third-party production
Printing, manufacture, advertising placement, hosting and third-party software or licences are separate from design unless expressly included in the agreed scope. The website does not promise that those third-party services are included or available at a particular price.
Physical colour, material, finishing and screen appearance can vary. Production specifications and proofs should be confirmed with the relevant supplier before manufacture. Responsibility for commissioning and approving production should be agreed for the actual project.
Portfolio and examples
Portfolio projects identified as concepts are self-initiated studies for fictional brands. They illustrate design approaches; they are not evidence of a client relationship, endorsement, certified product or measured business result.
Examples do not promise the same visual result, availability or commercial performance for a future engagement. Project suitability depends on the actual brief, audience, materials and agreed scope.
Intellectual property
Browsing the website does not transfer ownership of its layouts, text, artwork, portfolio images, names or other materials. You may not present a displayed identity as your own brand or reproduce design assets for commercial use without the necessary permission. Any applicable statutory exceptions remain available.
Rights in commissioned work, permitted uses, third-party assets, editable files and any transfer conditions must be set out in the separate project agreement. An inquiry alone grants no rights in work not commissioned. Rights retained by a font, image, software or other third-party licensor remain subject to that licensor’s terms.
Confidentiality
Please limit an initial inquiry to information needed to understand the potential project. If a proposal requires trade secrets, sensitive business records or personal information about other people, agree an appropriate way to share them and any additional confidentiality obligations first.
Sending an inquiry does not create a non-disclosure agreement or authorise publication of the material. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy ; any project-specific confidentiality commitments are agreed separately.
Availability and links
Reasonable changes, maintenance or technical issues may affect access, content or contact facilities. Website information may be corrected or updated. If a contact channel is unavailable, a request has not been accepted merely because information was entered into a form.
External websites and services operate under their own terms. Their availability, content and practices are outside the operator’s control, and a link alone is not an endorsement or a promise about their services.
Responsibility and your rights
Website information is intended to help you explore services and decide whether to discuss a project. It does not guarantee business performance, regulatory compliance or registration of an intellectual-property right. Specific professional responsibilities and remedies should be stated in the project agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, removes mandatory consumer protections or prevents you from using rights and remedies available under applicable law. Any valid limitation of responsibility must be assessed under that law and the actual agreement; mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Cancellation and disputes
These website terms do not set a blanket “no refunds” rule. Cancellation, deposits, work already completed and any refund calculation must be addressed in the accepted project agreement, subject to mandatory rights. Where statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights apply, they remain available.
If a concern arises, contact the operator with the relevant facts and the outcome you are seeking. Any governing-law or dispute-resolution arrangements for commissioned work are addressed in the project agreement, subject to mandatory law. Your right to raise a claim before a competent court is not removed.
Changes and interpretation
The date above identifies the latest version of these website terms. Updates apply to subsequent website use; they do not automatically rewrite an existing project agreement. A change to an agreed engagement needs the acceptance required by that agreement and applicable law.
If a provision cannot lawfully be applied, it does not override the law or invalidate other provisions that can still operate fairly. The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain the separate information-handling aspects of using the site.
