Ask another question
Can we start with one design task?

Yes. A focused logo, a packaging update or a set of campaign graphics can be a standalone project. If you need a wider identity, we can define which touchpoints belong in the first phase and which can follow later.

What should I include in my brief?

Tell us what your business does, who you want to reach, what you need designed and where it will be used. Existing brand files, a target date and a few visual references are helpful. You do not need to arrive with a finished creative direction.

How are scope, price and timing agreed?

They are based on the deliverables, complexity, number of formats and intended use. After reviewing your brief, the next step is to agree a written proposal covering the work, schedule, feedback stages and fee.

Can you work with an existing identity?

Yes. A project can extend an established system rather than replace it. Share your current logo files, guidelines and examples so the scope can reflect what should remain and what needs attention.

Will I receive editable files?

File formats, editable source files, template access and usage rights are agreed before the project begins. Different deliverables need different handovers; those details belong in the proposal rather than being assumed.

Do you handle printing and production?

Design artwork can be prepared for the agreed printer or supplier specification. Print procurement, manufacturing, proof approval and shipping are separate unless they are explicitly included in the project scope.
